My Food Habits Are Changing!

Yeah, really ! Its my 8th month in Delhi, obviously my food habits should change huh!?  I could not survive a day with out 'Chor'  (Not thief, that's the typical Kerala meals, where you can find only Rice, no Chappathies!)
But things has changed now. I found Roti is a healthy and pleasing food, but only if cooked properly! Like we Keralites put scraped coconut into whatever we cook, here in North, we'll have Aalu (potato), Pyaaj (big onion) etc. One item called Kulcha is there, I hope its made from rice flour only. Its good and taste like Kerala's proud 'Vellayappam'! I have a Kerala restaurant here in Saraswati Vihar, named 'Ammus'. I go there at weekends, I'll have some homely food from there.    But somedays we prefer to go to some malls, food courts, KFC, pizzahut etc. They are good to tongue, but not for your tummies ! But I cant overcome my temptation towards my cadburry Dairymilk ! For them, I'm still a child !

My Journey From Bangalore to Delhi on Samparkranti Express

Here are some picture I've taken, while I was on Samparkranti Express from Bangalore to Delhi. That was my first long train journey. I deliberately avoided flight journey to have long ride on train,so that I can see almost all south-central-north India regions! But that journey was not as pleasing as expected. It was just a fact that I have passed the whole India by. But What I could see were just waste lands and endless paddy fields in Andhra. 80% of the journey was through Andhra. But towards the end of the journey, I could see some paddies in Haryana. They were beautiful under the cool blanket of morning mist!
